How can I subscribe for the service?

  • Select your service and you can pay via PayPal.
  • We will deliver your order between 5 mins to 8 hours manually.
Can I test the service before ordering?
  • You can request a free 24 hours test first and check quality and playlist. (Clik Here)
  • We won’t offer free test on live match days.
  • Each user only receive test line once. If you liked the service you can subscribe. (Click Here)
Can I cancel the order?
  • According to “terms of the service” purchased subscriptions are not refundable after 3 days of use, because it causes cost to provide.
  • If you have purchased an order and we haven’t delivered it to you yet, you can ask to cancel the order and we send you a full refund.
  • Before purchasing a service and pay, you can get a free trial account and check quality and playlist before purchasing.
How long does it take for orders to proceed?

We usually process orders manually (because of security purposes).
So please be Patient after payment. We will send your order details to your provided email address between 5 minutes to 8 hours.
Please contact us if you haven’t received your order after 8 hours and check your inbox/spam/bulk folder first.

You need to pay with visa/MasterCard via PayPal Gateway:

  2. On the next page select the second option as “Create an account” or “Pay with Credit or Debit Card”
  3. On the next page enter your card information and billing address and pay.
  • You may need to put your country for example, “United States” and use US IP.
Can I get a Refund?

Line and Service

Can I change M3U format to Mag Service?

Yes, You can ask support to change your line between MAG & M3U at any time for free.

Single Connection
  • If you purchase a single-line connection, you can play service at one IP/Device at the same time.
  • If your line doesn’t work on your other devices, you may need to delete the account from the first device first.

Can I extend my Service?

Yes, You can ask to extend service for at least 1 month.
For example, 2 months of your subscription is left. You can purchase a 1 year line and ask support to extend your current line to 1 year.

What TV Channels exists on Playlist?

There are over 12,000 TV Channels on the list. You can check them from our free test account

What Movies and Series are available in Playlist?
There are over 60,000 VODs (Movie, Video, and series) on the playlist. You can check from our free test account
Can I edit playlist?

By default, we create lines full access by accessing all TV Channels and VODs.
